donations of books secured from harpercollins and random house!

we've been doing it for 5 years now and by now most of you know the drill: on st. patrick's day we send our volunteers throughout the city to give away an awe-inspiring 10,000 books by fab irish writers for free. in year six we aim to double that figure for dc and will also partner with the irish arts center so that irish book day can go to nyc for the first time in 2011. impressed? you should be?
